Brain food.

This is one of the most important concept ever.

What you feed your body makes you fit or fat.

Similarly what you feed your mind makes you rich or broke.

Lamborgini knew this all along, why do you think they don't put advertisement on TV?

Because they know that people who watch TV cannot afford it.

Another example.

Why do you think your friends have awesome meme ideas and create memes all the time?

Because all they see is memes all day long.

See everybody is a writer just like me.

And just like a chef , instead of cooking food, we cook up stories.

What stories we cook up depend on what ingredients we put in our minds.

Garbage in, Garbage out.

I take this very seriously and don't watch TV (ask my mom), don't see memes(I don't follow any meme pages), I think about how I can help people improve their life.

Just like how we can voluntarily choose what to put inside our mouth.

We can voluntarily choose what to put inside our brains.

Overwhelming.

I think since we are all hooked on Instagram and we think of get rich quick schemes and I will tell you why this is messed up big time with personal examples.

Okay see Instagram knows human behaviour very well, they know that we want reward and we need it fast.

Reward is likes and comment and replies on stories(if you make memes on stories).

And how fast  do we get them, when we post it?

Instantly.

But the world doesn't work that way.

You either get the results later or never.

What happens when you try to get shredded within 2 days.

Exactly, forget about getting shredded you can't even walk the next day.

What happens when you can't wait and pick a fruit before its ripe.

You don't get to eat it which you could have if you have a little patience.

So either its after some time or never, you choose.

I have seen the promised land, and I have good news you can have it all.
